I’m Vara Prasad Chowdary, the founder of Fishmydeal. My entrepreneurial journey began in the first year of my B.Tech. However, the idea behind Fishmydeal truly took shape during a life-changing time for all of us — the 2020 pandemic. While shopping online on platforms like AJIO, Myntra, and Amazon, I noticed something important: large brands had visibility through discount coupons, but smaller brands — even those offering amazing deals — were barely noticed. That observation sparked a powerful idea.

Motivated by that vision, I began researching and working late into the night. I built my first website — Winkcoupons — entirely by myself and tested it with friends. To my surprise, the response was overwhelming. That early success confirmed that this idea could grow into something impactful.
